Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselling

Whitsunday Counselling and Support Service is a not for profit community based organisation that offers Employee Assistance services in a confidential, safe and respectful environment.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is voluntary and offers confidential assessments, short term counselling, referrals, and follow -up services to employees who have personal and/or work related issues of concern. WCS offers work based programs designed to enhance the emotional, mental and general psychological wellbeing of employees. The aim is to provide preventive and proactive interventions for the early detection, identification and/or resolution of both work and personal problems that may adversely affect performance and wellbeing.

REFERRAL PROCESS 

To refer to the service, please phone or present to the service during office hours. Ph: 4946 2999 or Email: reception@whitsundaycs.com.au (Request for schedule of fees & charges or you may qualify for assistance from your employer if they offer EAP) Other agencies and services can request a referral form on behalf of an individual to assist in accessing our services. Whitsunday Counselling and Support recognise diversity and aim to provide an inclusive service. There is appropriate access for people with disabilities and we are National Relay Service friendly.
